In-house catering with appetizing selections for up to 200 guests in the Champlain Room banquet facility. The 3500 square feet of space can also accommodate up to 350 with theater-style seating. Complete with four crystal chandeliers, the Champlain Room is an elegant and spacious facility for your wedding reception, banquet, business conference or meeting. In addition, the Champlain Room can transform into multiple spaces; the Lake George Room accommodates up to 150 people and the LaChute Room holds up to 100. For smaller groups, the Stillwater Room seats up to 20 people.
